The open plan office interior is visually and functionally connected to the exterior grounds through large, glazed surfaces on the Fivis and Lazaraki Street fronts. A dense planted perimeter serves as a visual and acoustic screen between the adjacent streets and the garden

The enclosed office spaces are open and transparent or semi-transparent with the exception of the private meeting room, designed as a glazed floating booth that can be visually isolated according to need. From the exposed waffle slab ceiling hangs a contemporary, semi-transparent, and sound absorbing curtain, which can be drawn to compartmentalize different office functions.

The work space can be separated from the reception lobby as well as other break out areas such as the bar and lounge that can host more social activities such as presentations, gatherings or parties. Four bathrooms, an archive room, wardrobe, server room, and a spacious kitchen with seating area and independent access complement the renewed office space.

All building frame elements (slabs, columns, and walls) have been left exposed, as well as all new mechanical and lighting equipment that is suspended from the ceiling. A raised floor hosts the telecommunications and power network that feeds the individual workstations. The design process also adhered to sustainability principles, formulating a context appropriate strategy through technical innovation using the highest aesthetic standards. Bespoke vertical and horizontal shading elements create an iconic, sculptural second skin that mitigates heat gain on the expansive, glazed envelope of the space.
